Rates & Policy
Rates are for seven nights & subject to 10% Government VAT.
Our policy is one weeks rental minimum, however if your booking fits with other
bookings we are happy to accommodate them.
Included in Rate
Rates includes housekeeping, all bed linen, towels and pool towels, electricity, water,
cooking gas, hairdryers, cleaning materials, soap, facial & toilet tissues are provided.
Unlimited Internet Wifi Access.
Exclusive & unlimited use of all water sports which include two kayaks and hobie cat.
Check in time is 4 p.m. & Checkout is 11 a.m. Depending on bookings and cleaning
schedules it may be possible to checkout later or check in earlier.
Additional Services Available
Cooking is also available at additional cost, paid directly to your
housekeeper. Staff gratuities are at your discretion.
Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost.
Deposit and Cancellation
Current Deposit and Final Payment Policy Due to COVID19
To confirm a booking we require a deposit of 35% of the total rental cost. Should you have to cancel your
booking due to COVID19 we cannot refund your deposit, however we can apply what you have paid
to a future booking.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival If travel restrictions, due to COVID19 are
uncertain, final payment will be postponed until it becomes more apparent that
you will actually be able to travel to Grenada. If the travel restrictions impact your arrival/vacation, the
final payment date will be rescheduled in accordance with your future booking dates as per the deposit clause.
Regular Deposit and Final Payment Procedure
A 35% deposit will confirm and secure your reservation.
The balance is payable 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival date,
full payment must be made within one week of booking. All bookings are firm and final.
Provisional bookings will be held for up to one week to enable funds to be sent.
Your deposit and balance payment may be paid by credit card or bank wire transfer.
Because deposits and final balances are non refundable we recommend that you arrange suitable
travel insurance at the time of booking, in the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent
you from taking your vacation.
In the event that the accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason, including a hurricane;
liability is limited to a refund of any monies paid.
The owners and management company will not be responsible for any consequential loss.
We accept the cards below or wire transfers.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer online payment on our website, however, you
can process the booking through Homeaway/VRBO if you prefer.
Tivigny is a no-smoking/no pets property. Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere inside the house.
