About the Villa
Nestled in a tropical hillside, this villa offers outstanding views from the pool, house and all bedrooms.
Overlooking Clarkes Court Bay, Hog Island and the exclusive Calivgny Island this villa was built for your enjoyment.
Tivigny (say ‘Tiv-in-ee’) is a contraction of
‘Petit Calivigny’, the name of the area.
Originally the land was part of the huge Calivigny estate. Donkeys, laden with sugar cane, used to trudge down the footpath to the beach and waiting boats.
Those days are gone, but there is still plenty of activity in the bay, with fishing boats, yachts and dinghies coming and going. From the veranda at Tivigny, you’ll enjoy a grandstand seat for the show!
Boating
One, of the many, great things about Tivigny is its water access by dock and availability of a small motorized dinghy, hobie cat sailboat and two single kayaks.
There are a number of great bays to explore within the shelter of Hog and Calivigny island.

The Great Room
This is the living area with double doors to the pool and another set of double doors leading to a covered deck with a table and six chairs – great for breakfast or lunch al-fresco.
The living room has comfortable couches and is great for relaxing, watching movies on the 42″ TV or just listening to music on our state of the art indoor/outdoor surround sound theatre system.
There is also a well stocked library of books and a variety of board games.
The Kitchen/ Dining area
This open plan area has a very well stocked kitchen with every accessory you would expect to find in your own home – blender, coffee machine, toaster, bread maker, microwave, 6 burner kitchen range, dishwasher and 2 large fridges.
Plenty of good quality pots & pans, ample crockery, cutlery and plenty of glasses as well as plastic ware for use by the pool.
The dining area for more formal dining has a large table and 8 chairs and looks out over the pool and Clarke’s Court Bay and beyond.
The Pool
The infinity edge pool is a fantastic place to cool off, sip a cocktail and relax from your excursions!
The pool is fenced with secured gates for the safety of those guests vacationing with children.
The Courtyard
Come outside and enjoy the serenity of the courtyard as you sip your favourite drink or enjoy a meal…
Experience the soothing fish pond with natural water fall effects. The courtyard is a beautifully landscaped space located at the back of the property with a gazebo complete with dining table and chairs and large gas BBQ
Cut your own seasonings from our herb garden to add that fresh flavor to your dishes.
Our Location in Grenada
We are located in the Parish of St. George's in the southern part of Grenada.
The area is called Woburn and Tivigny is down Whisper Cove Road, not far from Whisper Cove Marina.
